Our labour rate is £80/hr, and we work to a no-fix no-fee guarantee on diagnostics — if we can't identify the fault, you don't pay for the diagnostic time. Most Tesla diagnostics take one to two hours. You'll get an estimate upfront when you book, and we won't exceed it without speaking to you first.
